Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Item
Ensure the furniture or appliance is in its original condition and packaging, including all hardware, manuals, and accessories.
Schedule Pickup or Drop-off
For large appliances and furniture, we will coordinate a professional pickup; smaller decor items can be dropped off at any City Furniture showroom.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
